Le Cafe Entre Amis in Montebello

Ok place but nothing wow ! Food is ordinary. Nice sunny terrace. Amazing service. Verdict : you could try but do not have high expectations about the food.

My two university friends and I celebrated our birthdays at Château Montebello and ate at Le Cafe Entre Amis everyday during our stay. The food was uniformly delicious and beautifully presented. The owners were so friendly and engaging they made the whole experience even more enjoyable. All three of us loved it and would highly recommend it.

The crepe is amazing, the prawn salad is awesome, the bacon on the breakfast is super.... but let's talk about dessert. The cheesecake was out of this world, but...OMG that brioche... touched my soul. 6/5 stars. will return.

Excellent Cafe for a relaxed breakfast atmosphere. The owners provided an excellent experience and meal for a good value. It is also a short walk from the Fairmont, either through the path in the woods or through the front entrance. It is a cozy sized cafe, so it may not hurt to make a reservation to ensure seating is available.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly owners, excellent food. What more could you want from a restaurant? We went Sunday morning and it was full, so you may have to pick your time.

We were delighted to stumble upon the most delightful Le Cafe Entre Amis. Truly delicious homemade saviory French crepes, Nutella, almonds, maple syrup and local fresh fruits. The most excellent waiter was witty, charming and welcoming. So if you want local homemade an excellent service Le Cafe Entre Amis is the place to go. We will be going back every day we were here.

This little gem is by far the best breakfast cafe in town. Owned and operated by two trained chefs, the food is outstanding. Fresh ingredients combined with a cosy and comfortable atmosphere made for a very lovelybreakfast. Looking forward to our next visit.

What a fantastic cafe, and the most personable experience at that. Leo Lavall was amazing, I believe he owns the place as well. He greeted us when we came in, chatted with us and shared experiences. The restaurant filled up (even though it's small an cozy) and leo was just as personal with all the guests inside making time to check in on everyone. The Le croissant club was super delicious and my partner loved the quasadilla, especially the hot sauce. 10/10 would recommend and will return if I come by town again!

We were recommended this quaint restaurant from a nearby artisan and really enjoyed our meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodated our young daughter nicely. After a well prepared meal we enjoyed a decadent cinnamon brioche dessert with housemade jams and whipped cream. The meal was a great experience!

Best restaurant for miles around. Dont go to Ottawa,eat here instead for the best breakfast and lunch. The service is great.

Best crepe ever ! Croissant freshly baked. And La Brioche a Chantal is so aromatic and fluffy... flavourful too. yummy. Be aware that egg benny is only available on the weekend.

What a fantastic place to happen upon. The owner could possibly be the best host I have ever come across in a restaurant establishment. Truly genuine. Small, cosy, clever and tasty. We popped in for breakfast and are very glad we did. Highly recommend it. PS we were staying at the Chateau Montebello, this was well worth the short, pretty walk through the forest.
